This is such a sad story told from dueling points of view of Hanna who is just seeing her life as a Sophmore in HS begin, to her neighbor Helen who is slowly watching her body fail her ut is powerless to stop it.
I would compare this work to Romeo and Juliet. You could really feel the love that was shared between them and how much they truly meant to each other. Hanna’s fascinated wiese the idea that such all-encompassing love ut truly exist, and without even realizing it, the story begins to change her.
This book had me on the verge of actual, literal, salty fresh tears. I loved this book regardless of how it broke my heart. There were no loose ends in this book.

When that audiobook started narrating, I was swept away. While I was reading this I felt like I was living with Hanna and Helen and it was both beautiful and saddening. Open Preview See a Problem? She was so self-centred and immature and her obsession with Seth drove me crazy. Although she annoyed me, s Wow, this book is so beautiful. How It Ends just blew me away and let me tell you, how the story ended was not expected.
This confused me and I had to reread quite a few passages. Although, it was so easy to connect and relate to the main character Hanna, ennds her choices both anger and please the reader as if she were their friend.
