I’m tired of seeing it on my currently reading shelf. Through some more melodramatic plotting, the two wind up in a very scandalous situation that occurs shortly after pageand the book takes off noticably from there.

Arsenic and old Armor. She was always passionate about art and history, and her father encouraged her and helped her write her first historical romance. A Taste of Desire. Some aspects of the story, such as the various misunderstandings between hero and heroine, may feel a little cliched, but Edsire thought the author handled them well and the pacing of the various revelations in the book worked for me.

I was enjoying the story until Alex and Elysia were OK with getting married. Dancing On the Wind. I liked the Cinderella aspect of this story and loved heroine Elysia. In a rousing, unforgettable saga that sweeps across the valleys and peaks of human destiny, the stormy alliance of beautiful young Elysia and Alex plumbs the depths of raw human emotion — lust, jealousy and hate — for though Alex has married Elysia, he cannot possess her in flesh or spirit.
It tells the Cinderella-like story of an orphaned young woman, Elysia, raised in aristocracy but reduced to rags by an evil, jealous aunt. I found myself happily lost in the magnificence of the storytelling. They called him the devil You forgot how much I hate women. Alex knowing little of Elysia’s past, feels betrayed, distance himself from her.
Once that was over with and the action started, the narrative picked up wonderfully. What readers say about Devil’s Desire: November 1, Imprint: It will solve a bunch of nonsensical plot issues.
