The Customer Is Always Right could have been great, but it’s too short to develop any kind of connection with the two characters who met on a rainy night on a high rise balcony. Its like coffee with sex. Others, like “Rats”, which was also excellent, rely on buplets bits of repeated dialogue and the sense of the reader to figure it all out.
