Yes, must be on strong light. On direct sunlight it can reach 700-800 and even if you cover it with your hand it will read more than 0, as sunlight passes through your flesh. Calibration screen tries to simulate an average/regular light environment, but if you live at the beach and keep your phone on your hawaiian white shirt chest pocket you might have some trouble with device unlocking very often even inside there 
. For extreme situations you can manually set the unlock lumen level at HKLM\Software\Pocketshield\LSEN. Lumen value must be stored multiplied by 1000.

That is a Windows setting, on HTC can be changed with a registry tweak. You can try the option in PS though, (A)-->+-->System

I have a peculiar issue occuring with 1.0.0.9.
Every so often when I soft reset the phone, PS stops working altogether. The shortcuts don't work, the icons for the exe turn to a generic blank window...
If I reinstall PS, it works, for a while. Then after a few more soft resets, I run into the same problem.

Pocketshield is looking better and better, now I only 'Flip' my Omnia to unlock it 
Been playing with the program a little and there are two minor things:
1) In design-->Layout and Background, the current Background and settings are not shown.
2) When you save your settings and exit Pocketshield, you get the winmo update symbol and immediately the phone locks and you have to unlock it.
Would it be possible to have different pictures in Portrait and Landscape mode?

I'm now having big problem with pocketshield 1.0.0.14
Updated using the phone. Then I got the following:
Then I uninstalled Pocketshield manually, did a softreset and got the following error:
Not able to use this build at all.
